Teacher - EC (Adaptive Skills) - 2026-27

Plan, organize and present instruction and instructional environments that help students learn subject matter and skills that will contribute to their educational and social development. Manage instructional time and student behavior; present lessons with clear objectives and relevant examples, maintain a brisk pace while ensuring student understanding, and smoothly transition between activities. Monitor student performance using various work products and provide timely feedback to promote growth. Facilitate instruction by aligning objectives, strategies, and assessments, maintaining accurate records, and utilizing available resources. Interact effectively with students, co-workers, parents, and the community, and perform non-instructional duties as assigned. Requires a degree in education or related area that qualifies for licensure by the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction and does not appear on the NC DPI list of ineligible teachers. Location is Reidsville, North Carolina, United States. Please note the role is described as a full-time teaching position focused on EC (Adaptive Skills) within an educational setting.
