Job Summary
Dual Language Immersion Science teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. Develops and delivers lessons aligned to grade-level state standards, differentiates instruction for English Language Learners and diverse learners, administers and uses student assessments to drive planning, collaborates with colleagues and families, maintains records, and upholds inclusive, safe classroom environments while modeling equity, integrity, and professional accountability.
Required Qualifications
- Valid California teaching credential, authorizing service in area of assignment
- Bilingual Authorization in Spanish (BILA)
- Evidence of success working with students, parents, colleagues and other adults
- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with others
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing in target language
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and expectations
- Well versed in current technology and research-based practices
