*Teacher - Drafting

Plan and implement an instructional program responsive to student needs, aligning lesson objectives with state and parish curriculum requirements. Manage classroom routines, transitions, and behavior to maximize instruction time while ensuring a safe, respectful learning environment. Deliver developmentally appropriate content, assess student progress, and provide timely feedback to guide individual learning. Develop and maintain Individual Education Plans for special education students, coordinate IEP meetings, and collaborate with parents, general education teachers, and community resources to improve student outcomes. Supervise students during all school activities, including before and after school, recess, and lunch. Complete required documentation, including lesson plans, attendance records, grades, and self-evaluations, adhering to board policies and deadlines.
