Job Summary
Lead and support two early learning communities as Teacher Coach & Educational Leader, providing coaching, classroom observations, curriculum development, documentation, reflective dialogue, and professional learning to Teachers, Pedagogistas, Atelieristas, and Language Specialists. Drive Reggio Emilia–inspired, inquiry-based practices, foster collaboration with families and educators, and guide staff development and the learning environments across both schools.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, or a related field
- Minimum of five years of experience in early childhood education
- Experience coaching, mentoring, supervising, or leading educators
- Strong understanding of child development and inquiry-based learning
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
