Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child in a fun, interactive, and clean classroom. Accurately observe, assess, and plan for children's development while effectively communicating with families. Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics. Engage in physical activity with children both indoors and outdoors. This role supports a team focused on inspiring children to become lifelong learners at a child care center.
