Job Summary
Learn Challenger's curriculum, teaching methods, and philosophy through video instruction, manual study, and hands-on classroom experience in our paid training program. Maintain a safe and productive environment while preparing lesson plans, teaching daily classes, and grading student homework. Consistently attend required training and teaching days, communicating regularly with parents and administrators on student progress. Work patiently with students, parents, and coworkers. After training, manage your own classroom. Candidates may be considered for specialized roles in computer, P.E., art, or middle school teaching.
Required Qualifications
- 4-year college bachelor's degree or equivalent – can be close to completion at hire
- Ability to pass a background check
- Completion of pre-employment assessments
