Job Summary
Teach and implement a Career and Technical Education (CTE) instructional program in Aerospace/Aviation for middle school students. Develop, plan, organize, and deliver curriculum, lesson plans, and educational programs while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and a valid Florida Educator’s Certificate in the field or district CTE certification (or eligibility); industry certification/license when applicable. May involve teaching an additional period with supplemental pay. Strong emphasis on curriculum development, alignment with federal/state/local regulations, and collaboration with Pasco County Schools to support student career pathways in aviation technology.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Valid Florida Educator’s Certificate in field or District CTE Certification OR Valid statement of eligibility
- Industry Certification/License when applicable
- 5-9 Math OR 5-9 Science
