Job Summary
Conduct daily teaching sessions using the PEP framework in OPD/IPD or schoolrooms while tracking child attendance, progress, and reintegration potential. Deliver individualized attention through interactive, holistic learning experiences and formal or therapeutic education. Coordinate closely with parents and caregivers to ensure academic continuity, organize parent-teacher meetings, and assist with scholarship documentation. Maintain comprehensive records including vCAN entries, diagnostic assessments, and monthly progress reports submitted to the Project Head.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Special Education, Child Development, or a related field
- Minimum 1-5 years of teaching experience, preferably in remedial or special education
- Experience in individualized learning support and student assessment methodologies
- Strong child centric learning management and student engagement skills
- Ability to deliver structured and interactive lessons
- Knowledge of child-friendly teaching methodologies
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with parents and caregivers
- Ability to adapt teaching methods based on student needs and health conditions
- Proficiency in record-keeping and student progress tracking
Desired Qualifications
- Prior work experience with children with health impairments or learning disabilities is preferred
- Familiarity with digital learning tools and online tutoring platforms is a plus
