Teacher - Broome

Deliver direct instruction in assigned curriculum areas aligned with New York State Learning Standards while creating a structured, safe, and therapeutic environment. Establish positive relationships with students and colleagues, then create and implement lesson plans tailored to individual strengths and challenges. Ensure instructional needs are met according to Individualized Education Plans or 504 Accommodation Plans, and complete necessary planning documents based on formal and informal assessments. Submit required reports and documentation on time and attend all mandated training and development. Requires a Bachelor's degree, two years of teaching experience, and NY State Teacher Certification. Full-time and part-time roles offer a salary range of $47,000 to $65,000 annually, plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus.
