Job Summary
Create and maintain a warm, safe, and stimulating classroom environment for children ages 2 months to 5 years using EEC-approved curriculum. Conduct daily learning activities and supervise children through play, meals, rest time, and group sessions. Communicate regularly with families regarding individual progress and needs while supporting children with varying developmental requirements. Maintain strict adherence to licensing and accreditation standards for cleanliness, safety, and organization. Work Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a salary range of $45,760 to $64,064.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Meets EEC qualifications for a Teacher's Aide or Assistant Group Leader
- Current or ability to obtain CPR, First Aid, and Food Health Safety certifications within 3 months
- Flexible with work hours and assignments as needed by the Center Director
- Schedule: Monday -Friday 8:30a-5:00pm
