Teacher, Basic Education - Math (2026-2027) *Anticipated Vacancy*

Develop, plan, organize, and implement an instructional program for students through curriculum, lesson plans, and educational programs while ensuring safety, security, and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Teach mathematics to grades 6–8 at River Ridge Middle School for 196 days per year as a full-time, benefit-eligible position. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and a valid Florida Educator's Certificate or district-issued adjunct certification, with a statement of eligibility accepted as an alternative. For secondary education, the position may require teaching an additional period beyond the base contract, with additional compensation paid as a supplement based on the District's payroll calendar.
