Job Summary
Develops and implements an instructional program for students in grades K-5 through curriculum, lesson plans, and educational programs while ensuring safety and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or state-approved certification pathway) and a valid Florida Educator’s Certificate or district adjunct certification (or eligibility). Reading Endorsement preferred; candidates willing to earn endorsement may receive priority. This is a full-time instructional role at Watergrass Elementary School in Wesley Chapel, FL, with duties aligned to district guidelines and a potential for additional compensation if an extra period is taught.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Valid Florida Educator’s Certificate or District-issued adjunct certification OR Valid statement of eligibility
- Background screening requirements (Level II)
- Reading Endorsement preferred or willingness to earn endorsement
