Job Summary
As a Teacher at Avilla Elementary School within KinderCare Champions, you will lead, coach and mentor early childhood teachers, implement the KinderCare curriculum to meet each child's needs, create a safe, nurturing classroom, and partner with parents to ensure high-quality care and education. You will support center goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement, and cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners. You will leverage your experience in early childhood education, strong customer service and organizational skills, and a commitment to fostering confident learners across our nationwide network of centers.
Required Qualifications
- Possess active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements
- CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
- 2-3 years Early Childhood Education Experience (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
