Job Summary

Assist Lead Teacher in a developmentally appropriate classroom for children aged 6 weeks through 6 years within a healthcare-embedded early care program. Responsibilities include planning and implementing daily activities, supervising children, maintaining positive, respectful interactions with children and families, documenting observations and assessments, ensuring compliance with NH licensing and program policies, and communicating with families through regular verbal and written reports. Requires knowledge of Developmentally Appropriate Practice, NH Child Care Licensing Rules, and strong teamwork. Must be at least 18 with a high school diploma or GED and have coursework in early childhood or related field (minimum 9 credits) with preferred Child Development Associate Credential or equivalent; prior experience with early childhood settings is preferred. Willingness to attend required training, maintain classroom records, and support ongoing professional development. Work schedule is 40 hours per week, day shift, typically Monday through Friday. Required Qualifications
