Job Summary
Provide classroom teaching assistance and supervise students at all times while maintaining a positive environment. Deliver daily care for students, including toileting, diapering, and feeding, as needed. Adhere to district dress code policies, maintain confidentiality regarding student records, and support all facets of student growth and development. Be able to lift a minimum of fifty pounds and perform other duties as assigned. Submit a complete application packet with qualifying credentials, including a college degree with sixty credit hours or a high school diploma paired with WIN Level 3 or ParaPro passing scores, before the closing date.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of sixty (60) academic credit hours from an accredited institution of higher education
- An associate degree (or higher)
- High School Diploma or the equivalent
- Ready to Work Credentials
- WIN Assessment minimum of Level 3 certification
- ParaPro passing score (minimum 456) on ParaPro, the state approved academic assessment
- Must be able to lift a minimum of fifty pounds
