Job Summary
Provide a safe, loving infant care classroom and support early development for our youngest learners. Implement LEAP Curriculum activities, communicate daily with families (updates, photos, milestones), and collaborate with a dedicated team while adhering to state licensing and safety requirements. Requires 6+ months of childcare experience (1 year preferred), a high school diploma/GED, knowledge of infant development and DAP, CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain), and a positive, team-oriented approach. This role operates Monday–Friday in South Windsor, CT, with pay in the $17–$20/hour range.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months childcare experience
- High school diploma/GED required; ECE degree preferred
- Knowledge of infant development and DAP
- CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain)
