Job Summary
Instructional support role assisting teachers in ECSE with students who have disabilities; duties include preparing materials, supervising behavior, implementing behavior modification plans, supporting speech-language objectives, operating classroom tech, and assisting with personal/hygiene care as needed. Requires following lesson plans, lifting/assistance for students, strong communication, patience, flexibility, and ability to work with individuals and small groups in a 10-month school schedule. Salary range $22.47-$25.28 per hour; full-time, non-exempt, located in Dulles, VA; remote work not offered.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience as a teacher aide or experience working with children
