Job Summary
Ensure a safe, clean, and engaging learning environment for all students while collaborating with Lead Teachers to support and implement lesson plans. Maintain accurate student records, assist with family communication, and encourage positive self-image through individualized guidance. Model appropriate social behavior, actively engage with students, and participate in staff meetings, professional development, and mentorship programs. This role requires a High School Diploma or GED, CPR/First Aid certification, and the physical ability to kneel, bend, squat, and lift children. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- CPR / First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- A genuine love of children
- Physically able to kneel, bend, squat, lift, push, pull, and carry children
- An understanding of health and safety guidelines
- Capacity to multi-task and function in an ever-changing environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
