Teacher Assistant /Paraprofessional /Behavioral Technician

Work one-on-one with children in a structured therapy setting to help them develop communication, social, play, and daily living skills. Support positive behaviors through guided activities and play while following individualized learning plans created by clinical supervisors. Collect simple session data with training provided and collaborate with a supportive clinical team. No prior ABA experience is required, as paid training and RBT certification support are included. Afternoon and evening availability is preferred for part-time and full-time roles in an in-clinic setting.
