Teacher Assistant

Assist the teacher with delivering daily instruction and reinforcing learning objectives by working with individual students and small groups to provide academic support and intervention. Prepare and organize instructional materials, resources, and classroom activities while monitoring student engagement during independent and collaborative work. Support the implementation of instructional accommodations and modifications as directed. Help maintain a safe, positive, and orderly learning environment by reinforcing expectations, school rules, and appropriate student behavior. Supervise students during classroom activities and transitions while encouraging positive interactions and respectful behavior. Assist the teacher in promoting a classroom culture that supports learning, responsibility, and student success.
