Job Summary
Support classroom operations for Head Start and Early Head Start programs with responsibilities focused on maintaining safety and well-being of children, assisting teachers with classroom management, covering when teachers are unavailable, and helping implement activities. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, ability to get on the floor for activities, reliable transportation, computer skills, and clear verbal and written communication. CDA is required (training/certification funded by the program) and there are full-time and part-time year-round positions in Lewiston, Maine.
