Teacher Assistant - EC

Support early childhood educators with daily classroom activities, including setting up learning environments, facilitating group play, and assisting children with transitions and routines. Monitor student behavior and safety throughout the day, providing individualized attention to children with special needs as directed by the lead teacher. Document daily observations and progress notes in the required system, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date. Maintain a clean and organized classroom, restocking materials and managing inventory for educational supplies. Work flexible hours to accommodate school schedules and on-call rotations as needed.
