Job Summary
Teacher Assistant provides in-class and pull-out support and works closely with classroom teachers to design, revise, teach and assess lessons. Utilizes a variety of teaching techniques, strategies, materials, and technology to support student learning; assists with assessment of student progress and uses results to adjust instruction as needed; collaborates with others to meet the academic, social, and emotional needs of students; requires substitute teaching certification and a Bachelor's degree in Education is preferred; 1-2 years of experience preferred.
