Job Summary
Teacher Assistant/Bus Driver assists a lead teacher in a classroom and, when needed, drives a school bus. Responsibilities include tutoring individuals or small groups, preparing materials, maintaining classroom records, supervising students, and contributing to the overall school program. Requires a valid CDL with passenger and bus endorsements and eligibility to drive a bus in North Carolina.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or at least 48 semester hours of college credits
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must obtain a valid commercial driver's license with passenger and bus endorsement in the State of North Carolina
- Must hold Commercial Driver’s License with P and S Endorsement
- Employment is dependent upon ability and availability to drive a bus
