Job Summary
Shadow staff and interact directly with children and families, comprising 80% of daily workflow under the guidance of the WFD Apprenticeship Coordinator and ECL Center Director. Manage staff relationships and development while completing administrative functions and documentation, representing the remaining 10% of essential duties. Participate in parent meetings and support supply inventory as non-essential tasks. This part-time role (up to 20 hours/week) supports CCRC's mission to cultivate child, family, and community well-being across Northern Los Angeles County and San Bernardino County.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Professional or personal experience with children and families
- Experience referring community services to other
- Head Start/CCP Background & Health Clearance
- Background check
- Live Scan Clearance / DOJ Fingerprinting
- MVR / DMV clearance
- Child Development Permit
- CPR / Pediatric CPR certification
- Federal Debarment Checks
- Part-time (up to 20 hours per week)
