Job Summary
Toddler Teacher responsible for creating a safe, nurturing classroom environment and implementing the proprietary L.E.A.P.® curriculum through hands-on learning. You will support children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development; build strong relationships with children, families, and team members; communicate regularly with parents about daily activities, milestones, and achievements; maintain a clean, organized classroom; and foster a positive atmosphere where learning and play happen seamlessly.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- At least 6 months of professional teaching experience
- Meet Massachusetts state licensing requirements
