Job Summary
Support children's developmental progress and school readiness within the Infant/Toddler wing at the Hight Family Early Learning Center. Assist with child assessments and individualize care for diverse learners ages 6 weeks to 3 years. Work within a team to maintain compliance with agency and State Child Care Licensing regulations regarding background checks and physical exams. Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, documentation, and basic computer skills. This role offers a minimum $275/month supplement and includes 13 paid holidays, generous PTO, and employer-sponsored retirement benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in group care setting for young children ages 0-5
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to meet requirements of agency & State Child Care Licensing regulations for background checks and physical exams
- Interpersonal skills
- Communication skills (written and verbal)
- Documentation skills
- Basic computer skills
