Job Summary
Assist in planning, preparing, and implementing the daily infant/toddler program while maintaining a clean, safe learning environment. Prepare necessary materials and supplies, support volunteers, and assume general responsibility for the health, safety, and well-being of all children. Communicate regularly with parents as directed and greet children, parents, and guests. Work alongside Associate Teachers, Master Teachers, or the Center Director to further professional growth and uphold the organization's mission. Maintain confidentiality and pass required health screenings, TB tests, and background fingerprint clearance. Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 30 lbs are required.
Required Qualifications
- GED/HS Diploma
- Immunization records that comply with Senate Bill 792 (immunity for measles, pertussis, and influenza)
- 6 ECE units
- Must pass a health screening and TB test
- Must pass background fingerprint clearance
- Valid Driver License
- Must be 18 years or older
- The ability to lift up to 30lbs
- The ability to use hands for computer work, answering phone calls, etc.
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in working with young children

- 6 ECE units
