Job Summary
The Teacher Aide supports the classroom teacher in nurturing the spiritual, academic, social, and emotional growth of students. Responsibilities include assisting with classroom instruction, engaging students in hands-on lessons, supporting early childhood routines, and maintaining a joyful classroom environment. The Aide also supervises students during recess, assists with daily routines such as bathroom breaks and transitions, and ensures safety during driveline duty. Ideal candidates should have a passion for education, the ability to model Christ-like character, strong communication skills, and a commitment to creating a safe and encouraging learning environment.
