Job Summary
Assist Head Teacher in planning and implementing developmentally appropriate lessons while providing stimulating activities and encouraging parent involvement. Support children with toileting, feeding according to CACFP guidelines, and infant care including sleep schedules and SIDS prevention. Maintain a safe environment by inspecting play areas, following hand washing procedures, using bleach solutions to clean surfaces, and promptly notifying parents or the director of any illness or injury. Record anecdotal observations, file incident reports, and ensure all required paperwork is completed and due on time.

- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
