Job Summary
Teaches NC Standard Course of Study and Essential Standards to students in grades in the area for which NC licensure is held; plans, organizes, and presents instructional environments to support student learning; maintains classroom standards, assesses student performance, and prepares progress reports; selects instructional materials, maintains inventories, and collaborates with administrators and parents to support student growth; utilizes technology and PLCs to enhance learning and engages in professional development to sustain teaching effectiveness; performs other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from regionally accredited college/university
- Must hold or be qualified to hold a North Carolina Professional Educator's License
