Job Summary
Plan, organize and implement an instructional program for a 5th-grade classroom in Eunice, LA, guiding students to achieve academic potential; deliver instruction using developmentally appropriate methods; develop and implement lesson plans aligned to standards; manage the classroom to create a safe, productive learning environment; develop and participate in IEPs as appropriate; assess and monitor student progress; collaborate with instructional staff, parents, and community resources; coordinate with special education services and provide research-based instruction while addressing individual differences and student needs.
Required Qualifications
- A valid Louisiana Teaching Certificate (Type C or Level 1)
- A bachelor’s degree in field
