Job Summary
Teach 5th-grade Reading and implement lessons aligned to school curriculum and TEA guidelines. Develop and use lesson plans, assess student learning, modify curricula with SPED staff for IEPs, supervise teacher aides/volunteers, utilize technology in teaching, participate in extended tutoring, and engage in professional growth and committee activities. Maintain classroom environment, communicate with parents and staff, and uphold Jubilee Academy values.
Required Qualifications
- Hold at least a bachelor’s degree and must present official transcripts showing degree awarded.
- Demonstrate competency in a core academic subject area.
