Job Summary
Fourth Grade teacher sought to foster academic growth, independence, critical thinking, and creativity through an arts-integrated, project-based, and social-emotional learning-centered curriculum. The teacher will collaborate with grade-level teams to design engaging literacy, mathematics, science, social studies, and arts experiences, implement restorative practices, use data to inform instruction, and support the whole child. Strong instructional practices, effective classroom management, and a commitment to diverse learners are essential, along with Connecticut Elementary Certification. Preference for experience in arts integration, project-based learning, SEL, and STEAM education. The role emphasizes collaboration with families and support staff to ensure student success and alignment with the school mission to cultivate creativity, collaboration, communication, and discovery through the ARTS.
Required Qualifications
- Connecticut State Certification 305 (Elementary Education) or other appropriate Connecticut certification required.
