Chaperone all children at the facility, transportation, playground, and community outings while ensuring they are never left unattended. Establish and implement an active learning environment consistent with the Creative Curriculum, using Teaching Strategies Gold for three daily assessments. Conduct home visits, participate in parent conferences, and maintain positive adult-child interactions while modeling appropriate behavior. Perform daily health routines, assist with harnessing children on the bus, and complete required screenings within 45 days. Attend evening meetings, undergo tri-annual physical exams and TB screening, and serve as a mandated Child Abuse/Neglect reporter. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education with a PA Teaching Certification and current driver's license.
