Job Summary
Maintain TE status matrix weekly and update new product information; manage TE documents and training records; create bin sort units for new product releases; assist test engineers with hardware/setup for wafersort probing, characterization, buyoff, and tri-temp testing; track NPD checklists and maintain ENG HW sheets; manage wafer bake setup sheets; collect and transfer TE hardware for STR-ENG use; perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Required Qualifications
- Tester operating capability preferred
- Familiar with Office software (Excel, Word, PPT)
- Good communication skill
