Job Summary
Conduct technical analysis of digital networks, communications infrastructure, and target environments to identify, develop, validate, and assess targets in support of operational requirements. Correlate intelligence and technical data from multiple sources to develop target packages, covering nomination, validation, prioritization, and assessment. Provide technical expertise during mission planning and operational execution while collaborating with analysts, operators, and mission planners. Track target development efforts and provide updates to leadership and operational stakeholders. Maintain TS/SCI clearance with polygraph. Located in Hawaii on a Monday–Friday schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Technical Digital Network Analyst (TDNA), Targeting Analyst Representative (TAR), Technical Targeter, DNEA, or similar cyber intelligence role
- Experience supporting target development and operational planning activities
- Strong understanding of network protocols, internet infrastructure, and communications technologies
- Experience analyzing technical data and intelligence reporting to support mission requirements
- Experience developing target packages and supporting targeting processes
- Ability to translate technical analysis into actionable operational recommendations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting NSA, USCYBERCOM, INDOPACOM, or Intelligence Community missions
- Experience with USCYBERCOM or Intelligence Community targeting methodologies and processes
- Experience supporting cyber operations, SIGINT, Digital Network Intelligence (DNI), or Digital Network Exploitation (DNE) missions
- Familiarity with adversary infrastructure analysis and cyber threat methodologies
- Experience using network analysis, visualization, and targeting tools
- Knowledge of collection management, mission planning, and operational assessment processes
