Job Summary
TCS & RFP Specialist supporting the Services Operations team by assisting with Technical Contact Standardization (TCS) reviews, documentation, and process standardization. Responsibilities include performing TCS reviews for accuracy and consistency, validating and maintaining technical contact information, collaborating with stakeholders to document best practices, developing and improving process templates and knowledge resources, coordinating projects (tracking deliverables, schedules, status updates), identifying process gaps and recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability, and providing operational relief for senior team members through recurring administrative tasks. Requires 2-3 years of relevant experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel) and collaboration tools; SharePoint experience is a plus; ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in operations support, documentation management, quality assurance, compliance, project coordination, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and quality
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Word, Excel, and collaboration tools; SharePoint experience is a plus
- Experience with data review, documentation management, quality assurance, or process standardization preferred
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset
- Experience supporting operations, compliance, documentation, or standardization initiatives is highly desirable
