Job Summary
Engineering material management and administrative support across the department: issue, follow-up and full-cycle management of engineering material orders; assist in gathering and consolidating BP/CF and other business plans; monitor and ensure timely delivery of regular hours cost data; manage DSP/ICO affairs and maintain department software and systems; coordinate visits and external liaison with customers, partners and suppliers; organize department filing, 5S housekeeping, and team-building activities; requires ability to sort data, edit documents, and arrange internal/external communications with strong coordination and service orientation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and above
- 2+ years project management experience, engineering or manufacturing industry administrative
- Proficient in Office software, with solid ability in data sorting, document editing and ledger management
- Excellent communication, coordination and overall arrangement capabilities
- Proactive, responsible and highly executable, with good service awareness and team spirit
- Familiar with enterprise office process; relevant experience in engineering material management and working hour statistics is a plus
