Job Summary
Collaborate with department managers and HR to identify training needs and develop plans, then design programs, modules, and materials aligned with organizational goals. Create training schedules, coordinate sessions in-person or online, and manage calendars to ensure smooth implementation. Allocate resources such as trainers, facilities, and equipment, while conducting delivery or coordinating trainers for effective content presentation. Manage participant enrollment, track progress, maintain accurate records, and collect feedback to assess effectiveness and drive improvements. Develop and manage the training budget, ensure regulatory compliance, and generate reports on outcomes including participation and completion rates. Utilize learning management systems to facilitate online training and track progress.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in human resources, education, organizational development, or a related field
- Previous experience in training coordination, instructional design, or related roles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), e-learning tools, and other training technology
- Ability to build positive relationships with trainers, employees, and stakeholders
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deliver training in various formats
- Basic project management skills
Desired Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in human resources, education, organizational development, or a related field is often preferred
- Previous experience in training coordination, instructional design, or related roles is beneficial
