TCoE EMEA Governance Lead

Job Summary
In Dublin-based role, lead governance and risk testing within the TCoE for the EMEA region. Oversee outsourcing management for EMEA legal entities, serve as primary outsourcing contact, manage regulatory interactions with European regulators, represent TCoE at EMEA governance forums, escalate identified issues to 1LOD/2LOD, contribute to improvements and transformation initiatives, produce comprehensive metrics aligned with the global reporting model, and collaborate with 1LOD/2LOD stakeholders to support the EMEA test plan. Requires 7+ years in a Governance, Compliance or Testing environment, strong communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills, and a solid understanding of risk and control frameworks.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in a Testing, Compliance or Governance environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to influence and persuade stakeholders
- Experience presenting findings and recommendations to senior management
- Strong relationship-building with regulators and cross-functional teams
- Solid understanding of risk and control frameworks (1LOD/2LOD)
- Ability to analyze complex data and support data-driven decisions
Desired Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in executing and managing processes within a Testing, Compliance or Governance environment
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to develop and deliver engaging presentations tailored to audience
- Ability to influence, persuade, build consensus and drive alignment
- Strong track record of building and maintaining productive relationships with senior leaders, regulators, and cross-functional teams
- Solid understanding of risk and control frameworks from 1LOD or 2LOD perspective
- Ability to apply critical thinking to analyze complex data, extract meaningful insights and support data-driven decision-making
