Job Summary
Teach middle school students with learning disabilities and MI, delivering a comprehensive program in accordance with West Virginia Board of Education and county policies. Requires a West Virginia Professional Teaching Certificate endorsed for specific learning disabilities; or specific learning disabilities-mild; or Multi-categorical. 200-day employment with duties as outlined in the county handbook. Salary based on Putnam County salary schedule with benefits (PEIA, retirement, life insurance, vision and dental). Applicants should expect August 17, 2026 start date. Location: Eleanor, West Virginia. This is a full-time teaching role at George Washington Middle, Putnam County Schools.
