Job Summary
Conduct 2D art and design work for the School District of Palm Beach County, adhering to adopted policies and procedures. Perform duties as assigned while maintaining the highest traditions of public education and supporting the District's mission. Submit required documents including official transcripts, Florida Educator's Certificate, and Statement of Eligibility upon receiving an offer. Complete mandatory drug testing and background screening through the Agency for Health Care Administration. Comply with School Board Policy 3.10 regarding federal, state, and district forms.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of forms required by federal and state agencies and the School Board
- Completion of forms related to the employee benefits package
- Compliance with School Board Policy 3.10 procedures
- Compliance with School Board Policy 3.96 or 3.961
- Medical clearance from professionals selected by the School Board
- Passing a drug test
- Meeting the Word per Minute (WPM) requirement for the given position
- Florida Educator's Certificate
- Statement of Eligibility (Letter from the Florida Department of Education)
- Active/Valid Out-of-State Certification (if applicable)
- Official transcripts from all colleges or universities from which the candidate earned a degree
- Educational credentials from institutions accredited by an accrediting agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education
- Foreign education evaluated by an agency approved by the Florida Department of Education (if applicable)
