TCCH GUEST RELATIONS HOST

Manage merchandise sales and inventory in the gift shop, including cash register opening and closing, processing cash, credit, and voucher sales, and applying discounts or comp sales. Greet guests and bus groups, assist with promotional information and requested items, and guide tours. Answer phones, forward calls, take messages, and check and safeguard guest coats and belongings. Work Thursday through Sunday on the second shift.
