Job Summary
Collect and perform cursory reviews on certification documents, storing them in organized job folders. Prepare applications for TCB technical review via checklists, update tracking sheets, and provide clients with technical review results. Create Technical Construction Files for the Radio Equipment Directive, issue Notified Body Opinions, and manage grant uploads. Coordinate TCB projects, provide billing forecasts, and prepare for regulatory audits. Maintain confidentiality and update folder documents as necessary. Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Requires a two-year college degree, regulatory compliance experience, and strong documentation skills. Salary ranges from $36.06 to $48.08 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Two-year college degree or relevant experience
- Experience in regulatory compliance and certification processes
- Strong written and verbal communications skills including the ability to communicate effectively in a group setting with colleagues and clients
- Ability to perform multiple tasks
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet or exceed deadlines
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated attention to details and good documentation skills
- Must have computer (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook) and office related skills
- Ability to sit for long periods of time
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
