Job Summary
Assess dining room table availability, manage rotations and guest flow, and coordinate traffic to maintain wait times. Prepare daily floor plans, verify menu conditions, organize the host podium, and promote specials. Greet and farewell guests with a positive attitude while checking identification for guests under 35. Adhere to Silverton service standards, appearance policies, and all company procedures. Maintain open communication with managers and accept performance feedback professionally. Ensure regular on-time attendance for all scheduled shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to communicate in English with guests and co-workers
- Employees must meet viral communication standards in promoting and marketing our venue
- The ability to work within a team environment
- Identification that establishes identity
- Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States
- Southern Nevada Health District Health card
- Regular attendance on all scheduled shifts
- Arriving on time for all scheduled shifts
Desired Qualifications
- A minimum of 6 months' previous experience is preferred in a fine dining establishment
