TC Shift Leader

Oversee daily operations during designated shifts, supervise a team of employees, ensure tasks are performed accurately and efficiently, coach and train staff, manage cash handling and inventory processes, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies. Responsibilities include assigning duties, monitoring performance, reporting issues to management, handling customer and employee disputes, and ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality service throughout each shift.
