Job Summary
Conduct daily machine operations, including setups, changeovers, and autonomous maintenance tuning. Diagnose and repair hard metal handling issues and basic welding problems while changing electrodes and grinding wheels. Assist with machine setups, train new operators, and ensure KPIs are met through precision measuring and blueprint reading. Execute lockout and tagout procedures, manage CNC programs and offsets, and apply judgment to resolve complex technical issues within defined practices.
