Job Summary
TBS Supervisor role overseeing the Therapeutic Behavioral Services program for Riverside County, supervising TBS Coaches, ensuring regulatory compliance and delivery of high-quality therapeutic behavioral services. Responsibilities include supervising coaches, conducting functional behavioral assessments, analyzing information, updating treatment plans as needed, facilitating monthly treatment-team meetings, assigning cases, coordinating training and performance, conducting weekly supervision, engaging with the Riverside County TBS Liaison on authorizations and reporting, participating in hiring, and contributing to quality improvement efforts. Candidates should have a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling and/or Psychology, licensure as LMFT/LCSW/LPCC in California, at least 5 years of relevant experience, and the ability to supervise staff, with preferred experience in applied behavior analysis and strong administrative and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling and/or Psychology
- Licensed by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences as an LMFT, LCSW or LPCC
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in RUBHS-contracted mental health settings
- Must be qualified to supervise TBS coaches
- Experience in Applied Behavioral Analysis highly desired
- Proficiency with word processing, email, internet, and clinical software
- Must pass pre-employment physical exam, TB test and drug screening
- Ability to commute to various community sites and homes
- Ability to work extended hours as needed
