Job Summary
TBS Coach provides family-centered mental health counseling, crisis intervention, and case management for youth and families as part of a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include delivering culturally sensitive, trauma-informed behavioral health services 2-3 times weekly for 3-6 months; coordinating care across school and community; participating in treatment reviews, CFT/IEP meetings, and other family/provider meetings; maintaining a caseload of 6-8 clients; developing and implementing functional behavioral assessments, behavioral treatment plans, risk screenings, and safety planning; completing daily service notes and related paperwork; maintaining client charts per internal and county standards; communicating with treatment team and county partners; engaging in weekly supervision and trainings; maintaining a flexible schedule; providing emergency on-call rapid response (2 shifts per month, 1 weekend shift per quarter); full-time, in-person, Monday–Friday. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree OR
- Associate degree or equivalent + 1 year of applicable experience OR
- High School Diploma/GED + 2 years of applicable experience.
- At least one year of experience providing behavioral services to clients and families.
- TB test clearance, fingerprinting clearance, and any other state/federal licensing or certification requirements.
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and insurability through Seneca Family of Agencies’ insurance policy.
